Chipe Libre is a Restaurant & Pisco Bar inspired by all the regions with a pisco designation of origin in the world, namely Northern Chile and Southern Peru.
The “Pisco”, tired of so many conflicts alleging its “true origin”, rebelled and moved its borders, creating its own Independent Republic.

CHIPE LIBRE opened its doors in 2014 to become the showcase of Pisco to the world, calling itself "The Independent Republic of Pisco." Inspired by our noble national spirit, it combines the rhythm of cocktail shakers, the seasoning of creative signature cocktails, and a cuisine of expressive, explosive flavors full of substance.

We offer Chipeña cuisine! Inspired by ingredients and/or recipes from all regions with Designation of Origin (DO), and where ceviche is the signature dish.

We are located in the heart of the Lastarria neighborhood, one of the most beautiful heritage neighborhoods in Santiago.
We offer one of the largest bars in the city, a restored interior lounge of an old colonial house where we've preserved the enormous beams and original 1940s floors, and a beautiful terrace that acts as an oasis within our bustling city.
